Before Installation Day
Windows are custom-measured and ordered in advance, and the crew will walk you through which rooms will be affected and roughly how long each will take.
Removal & Inspection
Old windows and frames are removed one at a time, exposing the rough opening so the crew can check for any hidden water damage or framing issues before the new window goes in.
Setting & Sealing The New Window
The new impact window is set, leveled, fastened, and sealed against water and air intrusion — the sealing step matters as much as the window itself for long-term performance.
Cleanup & Final Walkthrough
Old materials are hauled away, and a final walkthrough confirms every window operates and locks properly before the crew leaves.

“Ricketts handled our roof repair after a bad storm and made the whole process easy — showed up when they said they would, explained what was actually wrong, and kept the property clean every day. Would recommend them to anyone in South Florida.”
